How long will my order take?

Processing Times:

• Blocks - 3 to 4 weeks
• All other items - 2 to 3 weeks

If purchasing multiple items in the one order, all items will ship together within the processing time of the longest item.

Shipping Times:

All orders are sent through Australia Post. 

Please allow the following postal times in addition to the processing time -

• Standard tracked postage 3+ business days
• Express Post 1-3 business days

Can I track my order?

Tracking number will be sent to email provided to us at checkout. Please check junk folder as sometimes it ends up in there.

Where will my order be posted from?

We are based in the Goulburn Valley, regional Victoria.

What if discount code is not working?

Only one discount code can be applied per order, check you are putting in code correctly and code has not expired. If code is still not working, please email twineandtwig@hotmail.com
